Are You Our Next Intern?

We are looking for a motivated and organized person to learn every aspect of recruiting and participant communication within Bundle Bash. As our intern you would work closely with Val and gain the knowledge of years as an event manager and also as a certified JV Partnership Manager.

Not only are strong customer service skills necessary, but you need to have a strange love for talking to strangers and turning them into friends. Just kidding, kind of lol

As long as you have the love (or very strong like) for talking to strangers, Val will be right there with you as you turn them into new friends.

Some of the things you'll have your hands in:

  • Emailing potential participants with information
  • Researching businesses for specific events
  • Categorizing current contacts
  • Writing/editing participant emails for the events
  • Following up with contacts that show an interest.

The internship will last for 6 months. We are expecting a maximum of 10 hours a week and feel that will only be happening as you learn new systems and processes.

We do not expect weekends nor evenings to be worked unless that is your choice for a task. We do need emails checked M-Fri, but not in a specific time zone. Val is PT and as communication is key, the majority of your work hours need to be when she will be available to get back to you quickly.

We do not require technical skills in any certain programs as Val will train you in the few programs that will be used.

If you are a VA this would be an excellent opportunity to add to your services.

While you do not need big technical skills, the following are incredibly important to this position and required:

Fluent in English

English does NOT need to be your first language, but you must be fluently speak and write in English.

Strong Communication Skills

This means keeping in touch with Val, being unafraid to ask questions, and keeping in contact with current and potential participants.

This is a very hands on position and as our intern you become the first contact many businesses have with Bundle Bash.

It's also important to be open about time commitments, upcoming trips, and any issues you have.

Honesty

You must be honest about what you can and can not do as tasks are given so the right training is created for you. Being unafraid to ask questions means you are ok with not knowing how to do something. That is why you are here to learn! And we LOVE questions from our staff. It means we have a great working relationship.

Reliable Internet

Reliable and strong internet is a requirement for working online and keeping our business growing.

Ability to Enjoy Life

We're a bit quirky and usually attract quirky people. But as long as you have a sense of humor we won't require you to be quirky. We just want to make sure all of us are having fun while we're doing the daily stuff. We both believe that life is meant to be enjoyed.

Perks of Internship

There are perks besides the knowledge and experience you will gain that is going to look amazing on your resume.

During your internship, you will have private coaching with Val. This means help working on your biz and all the mindset it entails to be an entrepreneur.

You will also have access to the new things coming up at Bundle Bash. We haven't announced them yet, but trust us, you are going to be happy about it.

Speaking of trust. Our business relationship will start off on the right foot from the beginning with a NDA. You are going to be all up in what we are doing. You won't only hear the inside scoop but you will be a part of it all.

If all of this has you yelling HELL YES! Then fill out the form below. We are filling this position ASAP.
